Here’s a study about Artemisin (sweet warmwood), a plant used in the past to treat malaria, also involved in a lot of studies about cancer. The below study is about it, decreasing estrogen and helping in breast cancer.
As endometriosis also has a very important “estrogen” dependent compound, I really think this plant my also be beneficial for endometriosis pacients.
Besides, there are theories as endometriosis could have a bacterian cause, so, as an anti-bacterian and anti-viral powerful plant, Artemisin could be helpful in this respect too.
Of course, do not take it without safety cautions and without the guidance of a doctor.
But this is promising and hope doctors will study more this plant in the future.
