One of my morning juices

EN: Because sometimes “less is more”: this morning “coffee” looks like this: juice from 3 big carrots 🥕, 1 big green apple 🍏 3-4 cm ginger. It is delicious, nutritious and a very good anti-inflammatory drink. And, as I mentioned coffee, the ginger will give you energy for the whole day. 🍹

P.S1: I do not juice daily and when I do I try to wash the vegetables and fruits as well as possible. When there are also green leaves, I put them in a bowl with water and salt and leave them 15 minutes and then rinse very good.

P.S2: Pay attention in adding turmeric or other strong fitoestrogens powders/plants. If your detoxifing paths are not working properly, you might experience an added estrogen load and symptoms like breast/ovarian pains. Always, but always listen to your body.

EN: Pentru că, uneori, “less is more”, “cafeaua” din această dimineață arată așa: suc din 3 morcovi mari, un măr mare și 3-4 cm de ghimbir. Este o bautura delicioasă, nutritivă și anti-inflamatoare. Ghimbirul vă va da energie pentru întreaga zi, că tot ziceam de cafea.

P.S1: Nu fac suc zilnic si cand se intampla asta spal foarte bine fructele si legumele. Cand adaug si frunze verzi, le pun intr-un bol cu apa si sare si le las pentru 15 minute, dupa care clatesc foarte foarte bine.

P.S2: Fiti atente la turmeric sau alte plante/pudre fitoestrogenice. Daca nu va functioneaza foarte bine caile de detoxifiere, s-ar putea sa experimentati si mai mult estrogen si simptome precum dureri de sani/ovare. Intotdeauna ascultati-va corpul.
